Domestic Maintenance, Renovations & New Builds

Our team are highly experienced when it comes to domestic electrical works, whether it be for the home owner, renter, real estate agent or builder we focus on end to end service ensuring client satisfaction. No job is too big or too small. This work includes but is not limited to the following –

Preventative Maintenance

Our team of experienced professionals currently complete the 3 monthly, 6 monthly and 12 monthly preventative maintenance works for over 150 sites, including shopping centres, office spaces, warehouses and residential homes. Using our state of the art job management system, we record and schedule all works, ensuring we are one step ahead of our clients and can notify them when services are due. This work includes but is not limited to the following –  

  • Test and tagging 
  • RCD testing 
  • Emergency lighting  
  • Thermal imaging inspection 
  • Switchboard cleaning

The entire team at Sheed were great! Everyone (Marina, Alex, Ryan, Ash) was very responsive, took responsibility to follow-up queries, pass on messages, friendly, polite and pleasant to deal with. Our job was very complex and Sheed had to deal with a very unreasonable supplier, but took full responsibility for getting our job done. And it was not an easy very easy or pleasant job as well! Both Ash and Ryan came around several times without complain, always polite. A month after the job, Alex actually emailed to check that everything was ok. I cannot recommend this business enough!

Sheed Electrical completed all of the electrical work during my 3-month house renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Every team member who came to my house—Cooper, Jake, Tye, Abe and Christian—was punctual, professional, polite and friendly. They always took the time to answer my questions, listened to exactly what I wanted, offered helpful advice where needed and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. A special mention to Marina in the office who is an absolute superstar. Coordinating trades during a renovation is no easy task but she kept everything organised and scheduled the work around my renovation timeline, making the whole process so much less stressful.
