Testimonials
Lease Equity is one of the largest commercial property management firms in Western Australia. We deal with over 500 suppliers and contractors and we very rarely write a review.
We have been using the services of Sheed Electrical for over 15 years now, and more particularly in the past 9 years with the Perth operations under the daily management of Alex Sheed. Whether it be a small job, or a major electrical project, Sheed Electrical are always professional, treat our clients and tenants with utmost respect and courtesy, and get the job done with minimum fuss. They respond quickly in an emergency, and have now become our electrician of choice.
We highly recommend Sheed Electrical and trust you will not be disappointed!

The entire team at Sheed were great! Everyone (Marina, Alex, Ryan, Ash) was very responsive, took responsibility to follow-up queries, pass on messages, friendly, polite and pleasant to deal with. Our job was very complex and Sheed had to deal with a very unreasonable supplier, but took full responsibility for getting our job done. And it was not an easy very easy or pleasant job as well! Both Ash and Ryan came around several times without complain, always polite. A month after the job, Alex actually emailed to check that everything was ok. I cannot recommend this business enough!

Sheed Electrical completed all of the electrical work during my 3-month house renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
Every team member who came to my house—Cooper, Jake, Tye, Abe and Christian—was punctual, professional, polite and friendly. They always took the time to answer my questions, listened to exactly what I wanted, offered helpful advice where needed and cleaned up after themselves before leaving.
A special mention to Marina in the office who is an absolute superstar. Coordinating trades during a renovation is no easy task but she kept everything organised and scheduled the work around my renovation timeline, making the whole process so much less stressful.
All of the work was completed on time and to a very high standard and I'm so happy with the end result. I highly recommend Sheed Electrical to anyone looking for reliable, professional electricians. Thanks to the whole team!

Second time using Sheed Electrical WA Pty Ltd. Excellent company to deal with from Admin to electricians. Jake and Tai were friendly, knowledgable and thorough and fixed the many tasks requested. Everything was left clean and tidy. Will definitely use them again for our future electrical needs.

Our company recently organised CPR training for the team, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The course was well coordinated, relevant to our workplace, and delivered in a way that kept everyone engaged.
The training provided valuable practical skills and knowledge that will help us respond confidently in emergency situations. It was clear that safety and quality training are a priority, and the investment in staff development is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for providing such a worthwhile training opportunity for the team.

I recently hired Sheed Electrical for some electrical work at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Jye was professional, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the work being done. The quality of his workmanship is outstanding—everything was completed safely, neatly, and to a very high standard.
What stood out most was Jye’s attention to detail and friendly attitude. He went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect and even offered helpful advice for future maintenance. It’s rare to find a tradesperson this trustworthy and skilled.
I highly recommend Sheed Electrical to anyone needing an electrician. Exceptional service and excellent results!
